Post Admin Positions

Hi Everyone!

If anyone is interested in helping out more with the clan, I am opening up a few more positions. The way this will work is that anyone who is at the admin rank can apply for the organiser position. From there, if someone is interested in helping out even further, after a month of being in their current position, they can apply to the next position. See below for position requirements and duties, as well as how many positions are currently open.


Organiser

• Requirements: Must be admin rank in the clan and at least half cap every week.
  
• Duties: Helps with organizing events for the clan.
  
• Positions Open: 2
  

Coordinator

• Requirements: Must have been Organiser rank in the clan for at least one month, and at least half cap every week.
  
• Duties: Helps with organizing events for the clan. Helps with recruiting by keeping recruitment thread bumped, and trying to recruit guests when they join the clan chat.
  
• Positions Open: 2
  

Overseer

• Requirements: Must have been Coordinator rank in the clan for at least one month, and at least half cap every week.
  
• Duties: Helps with recruiting by keeping recruitment thread bumped, and trying to recruit guests when they join the clan chat. Makes sure citadel targets are set appropriately, and tries to get clan members to cap if needed. Ranks clan members up as they cap according to our ranking chart, and posts to the forums when they do so. Moderates guests in clan chat.
  
• Positions Open: 0
  

Deputy Owner

• Requirements: Must have been Overseer rank in the clan for at least one month, and fully cap each week.
  
• Duties: Attends regular meeting for deputy owners to discuss ideas on how to improve aspects of the clan. Helps with recruiting and setting citadel targets. Ranks clan members up as they cap according to our ranking chart, and posts to the forums when they do so. Moderates clan chat.
